A space to explore the patterns, relationships, and stories that shape your life.
Systemic Family Constellations offer a unique way to explore what may be happening beneath the surface of recurring patterns in relationships, family, work, and life.
In this intimate half-day workshop, you'll be introduced to the principles of constellation work and have the opportunity to experience the process firsthand. Through guided exercises, group participation, and embodied exploration, we’ll create space for new perspectives and possibilities to emerge.
No previous experience with Constellations is needed.
Come with curiosity. Leave with a little more awareness of what may be asking to be seen.
What we'll explore:
An introduction to Systemic Family Constellations
Experiential exercises and guided exploration
The role of representatives and the group field
Opportunities to explore a personal question or intention
Time for reflection and integration
Come as you are. There is nothing you need to prepare or figure out beforehand.
Hosted by Hayley Taff and Jessica Gandolfo.
Start where you are.
Sometimes you know something needs to change before you know exactly what that change looks like.
A Discovery Call is a chance to slow down, talk through what is bringing you here, and explore what kind of support might be right for you.
Whether you are navigating a transition, feeling disconnected from yourself, wanting to create healthier patterns, or simply sensing that you are ready for something different, you do not need to have everything figured out before we talk.
What we'll explore
During our conversation, we may talk about:
What is happening in your life right now
What you would like to change, understand, or create
Where you feel stuck or out of alignment
What kind of support you are looking for
Which of my services may be the best fit for your needs
This is not a coaching session or a commitment to work together. It is simply an opportunity for us to connect and see whether my approach feels aligned with what you are looking for.
A good place to begin
My work brings together integrative wellness coaching, embodied awareness, and systemic approaches to personal growth. Different entry points may be appropriate depending on what you are seeking.
If you are not sure where to begin, that's exactly what the Discovery Call is for.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know which service I want before scheduling?
No. You can come to the call with questions or simply a sense that you are ready for something to shift.
Is there any obligation to continue working together?
No. The purpose of the call is to explore fit and determine whether working together makes sense for you.
Can I ask questions about constellation work during the call?
Absolutely. The Discovery Call is a good opportunity to learn more about any of the services I offer.
Sustainable change begins beneath the surface.
You can know exactly what you "should" be doing and still find yourself repeating the same patterns.
You can make a plan, set an intention, start a new routine—and then somehow end up right back where you started.
Roots of Wellness Coaching takes a different approach.
Rather than focusing only on the behavior you want to change, we explore what is underneath it.
Together, we look at the patterns, needs, beliefs, habits, relationships, and embodied experiences that shape the way you move through your life.
From there, we create changes that are meaningful, practical, and sustainable for you.
Your wellness is interconnected.
Wellness isn't a collection of isolated habits.
The way you sleep can affect your energy.
Your environment can affect your habits.
Your relationships can affect your sense of self.
Your expectations can affect your nervous system.
Your body can communicate things your mind has learned to overlook.
Coaching creates space to notice those connections and work with them rather than treating each challenge as a separate problem.
The 12-Session Journey
Roots of Wellness is designed as a 12-session coaching relationship, giving us enough time to move beyond simply identifying goals and into the deeper process of integrating change.
Sessions 1–3: Root
We establish where you are and where you want to go.
Together, we clarify your goals, explore your current patterns, and identify the areas of your life that are asking for attention.
Sessions 4–6: Explore
We begin looking more closely at what influences those patterns.
You may explore beliefs, habits, relationships, body awareness, environmental influences, and the experiences that shape your current way of living.
Sessions 7–9: Create
With greater awareness, we begin experimenting with new ways of responding.
We develop practices, structures, and choices that support the changes you want to make.
Sessions 10–12: Integrate
The final phase focuses on integration.
We look at what has shifted, what you have learned about yourself, what still needs attention, and how you can continue supporting your wellbeing beyond our coaching relationship.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to know exactly what I want to work on?
No. We can begin with what is most present for you and clarify your direction together.
How often do we meet?
Weekly via Zoom.
Is this therapy?
No. Wellness coaching is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on your goals, wellbeing, self-awareness, and intentional change.
Why twelve sessions?
Twelve sessions create enough continuity to move through the process of clarifying goals, exploring patterns, practicing change, and integrating what you learn along the way.
Change your environment. Support the change within.
The spaces around us are more than backdrops to our lives.
Our homes and workspaces influence what we notice, how we move through our days, what feels easy or difficult, and which behaviors and patterns are continually reinforced.
The Aligned Living Consultation takes the goals you are working toward and brings them into conversation with the spaces in which you actually live.
Instead of asking, "How can I make my home look better?" we ask:
"How can my environment better support the way I want to live?"
Your environment can become part of the work.
Maybe you want to feel more grounded.
Maybe you are beginning a new chapter and your surroundings no longer reflect who you are becoming.
Maybe you want to create more space for creativity, rest, connection, movement, focus, or meaningful daily rituals.
Together, we identify what you are trying to create and then look at whether your physical environment is supporting that intention.
The Process
1. Goal Creation Session
We begin with a focused conversation about the life you want to create.
Together, we identify your priorities, clarify your goals, and explore what you want to experience more fully in your everyday life.
This gives us a meaningful lens through which to view your environment.
2. Living Space Assessment
Next, I assess the spaces that are most relevant to your goals.
Depending on your needs, this may include your:
Home
Bedroom
Kitchen
Workspace
Creative space
Wellness or movement area
Entryway or transition spaces
We consider the practical and experiential qualities of the space, including organization, accessibility, sensory elements, visual cues, routines, and the relationship between the space and the behaviors you want to cultivate.
3. Alignment Recommendations
Following the assessment, you receive personalized recommendations for creating greater alignment between your environment and your intentions.
These may include changes to organization, placement, routines, objects, visual reminders, sensory elements, or the way particular spaces are used.
The goal isn't perfection.
The goal is intentionality.
Your home does not need to become a showroom. Your workspace does not need to look like someone else's idea of productivity.
It needs to work for the life you are trying to live.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you need to come to my home?
Yes. The first session will be online to set your goals and intentions. The second meeting will be in your space to visually assess its potential.
Can we focus on my workspace rather than my home?
Yes. The assessment can be tailored to the environment most relevant to your goals.
Do I need to redecorate or buy new things?
Not necessarily. The focus is on intentional use of what you already have, with new purchases suggested only when they meaningfully support your goals.
Is this interior design?
No. This service is not traditional interior design. The focus is the relationship between your environment, your intentions, and the way you want to live.
See what may be shaping the pattern.
There are experiences in our lives that can be difficult to understand through an individual lens alone.
A relationship may repeatedly follow the same pattern.
A family dynamic may seem to reach across generations.
You may find yourself carrying a feeling or responsibility that doesn't seem to have an obvious origin.
Systemic Family Constellation work offers a way to explore these experiences by looking at the larger relational systems in which we live.
A different way of exploring what is happening
Rather than focusing solely on "What is wrong with me?", constellation work invites questions such as:
What is happening within the system?
What relationships or patterns might be relevant?
What becomes visible when we step outside the familiar story and experience the situation from a different perspective?
The work is experiential. Rather than simply talking about an issue, you are invited to notice what emerges through the constellation process and through your own embodied experience.
What can we explore?
A constellation session may be appropriate when you are exploring:
Family and relationship dynamics
Repeating relational patterns
Questions of belonging
Family roles and responsibilities
Experiences of exclusion or disconnection
Major life transitions
Difficult or unresolved relationships
Patterns that seem to repeat across generations
A situation you understand intellectually but continue to experience differently
You do not need to arrive with a complete explanation.
Sometimes the most useful starting point is simply:
"Something keeps happening, and I want to understand it differently."
What happens in a session?
We begin by identifying the issue or question you would like to explore.
From there, I guide you through an experiential constellation process. Depending on the session format, this may involve representatives, objects, spatial positioning, visualization, or other forms of experiential exploration.
Throughout the process, attention is brought to what you notice—emotionally, physically, relationally, and intuitively.
The intention is not to force an answer.
It is to create enough space to see, sense, and explore what is present.
Your experience matters.
Constellation work is not about telling you what your family history "really" means or assigning a predetermined explanation to your experience.
It is an opportunity to explore a question from a systemic perspective and notice what emerges for you.
You remain the authority on your own experience and what meaning, if any, you take from the process.
No previous experience necessary.
You do not need to have participated in a constellation workshop before.
You do not need to understand constellation theory.
You simply need a question, situation, or pattern you would like to explore.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know my entire family history?
No. You can work with what you know. A complete family history is not required.
Do I need to bring a specific problem?
It is helpful to have an issue, question, relationship, or pattern you would like to explore, but it does not need to be clearly defined.
What if I have never done constellation work before?
That's completely fine. The process will be explained as we go.
Is constellation work therapy?
Constellation work is an experiential systemic practice and is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, or other licensed clinical services.
What should I expect to feel afterward?
People can have different experiences following constellation work. You may leave with a new perspective, a felt sense of something shifting, additional questions, or simply something to reflect on. There is no particular experience you are expected to have.
