Systemic Family Constellation Session
See what may be shaping the pattern.
There are experiences in our lives that can be difficult to understand through an individual lens alone.
A relationship may repeatedly follow the same pattern.
A family dynamic may seem to reach across generations.
You may find yourself carrying a feeling or responsibility that doesn't seem to have an obvious origin.
Systemic Family Constellation work offers a way to explore these experiences by looking at the larger relational systems in which we live.
A different way of exploring what is happening
Rather than focusing solely on "What is wrong with me?", constellation work invites questions such as:
What is happening within the system?
What relationships or patterns might be relevant?
What becomes visible when we step outside the familiar story and experience the situation from a different perspective?
The work is experiential. Rather than simply talking about an issue, you are invited to notice what emerges through the constellation process and through your own embodied experience.
What can we explore?
A constellation session may be appropriate when you are exploring:
Family and relationship dynamics
Repeating relational patterns
Questions of belonging
Family roles and responsibilities
Experiences of exclusion or disconnection
Major life transitions
Difficult or unresolved relationships
Patterns that seem to repeat across generations
A situation you understand intellectually but continue to experience differently
You do not need to arrive with a complete explanation.
Sometimes the most useful starting point is simply:
"Something keeps happening, and I want to understand it differently."
What happens in a session?
We begin by identifying the issue or question you would like to explore.
From there, I guide you through an experiential constellation process. Depending on the session format, this may involve representatives, objects, spatial positioning, visualization, or other forms of experiential exploration.
Throughout the process, attention is brought to what you notice—emotionally, physically, relationally, and intuitively.
The intention is not to force an answer.
It is to create enough space to see, sense, and explore what is present.
Your experience matters.
Constellation work is not about telling you what your family history "really" means or assigning a predetermined explanation to your experience.
It is an opportunity to explore a question from a systemic perspective and notice what emerges for you.
You remain the authority on your own experience and what meaning, if any, you take from the process.
No previous experience necessary.
You do not need to have participated in a constellation workshop before.
You do not need to understand constellation theory.
You simply need a question, situation, or pattern you would like to explore.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know my entire family history?
No. You can work with what you know. A complete family history is not required.
Do I need to bring a specific problem?
It is helpful to have an issue, question, relationship, or pattern you would like to explore, but it does not need to be clearly defined.
What if I have never done constellation work before?
That's completely fine. The process will be explained as we go.
Is constellation work therapy?
Constellation work is an experiential systemic practice and is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, or other licensed clinical services.
What should I expect to feel afterward?
People can have different experiences following constellation work. You may leave with a new perspective, a felt sense of something shifting, additional questions, or simply something to reflect on. There is no particular experience you are expected to have.
